About
An agency structured against its own worst incentives.
Vigicom Enterprises exists to close one gap: what the dashboard reports, and what the business actually banks.
The short version
Why we exist.
Most agencies are structured to make reporting look good. Percentage-of-spend pricing rewards bigger budgets. Platform-reported ROAS rewards whichever channel claims a sale first. Annual lock-ins reward client inertia. None of those incentives point at your growth, and all of them are industry-standard.
We built Vigicom the other way round. Flat retainers, so scaling spend earns us nothing extra. Blended CAC and contribution margin as the headline numbers, so no channel can quietly take credit twice. Thirty days' notice, so we are retained on results rather than paperwork.
The work itself is unglamorous more often than not. A month spent fixing conversion tracking is a month with no new campaigns to show off, and it is usually the highest-return month of the engagement. We would rather do that work and explain why than ship something impressive that measures nothing.

Principles
Four rules we do not bend.
Not values on a wall — operating constraints that change what we do on a Tuesday.
- 01
Measure before you optimise
Optimising against a broken signal makes things confidently worse. We audit the measurement first, every time, even when it delays the exciting part.
- 02
Report the losses
Failed tests appear in the monthly report alongside the wins. A programme that only ever succeeds is either lucky or not being read honestly.
- 03
Own nothing of yours
Your accounts, domains, pixels and data stay in your name. We work on delegated access. Leaving should cost you a revoked login, not a migration project.
- 04
Say the inconvenient thing
If your budget is too small for a retainer, if the rebrand you asked for is unnecessary, if a channel is not working — you will hear it from us first, in plain language.
Fit
We are not right for everyone.
Qualifying honestly at the start saves both sides a wasted quarter. Here is the shape of an engagement that works — and one that does not.
A good fit looks like
- Marketing spend significant enough that measurement errors cost real money
- A willingness to change what gets reported, not just what gets spent
- Someone internally who can make decisions without a three-week committee
- A product or service that already has evidence of demand
We would turn this down
- Looking for guaranteed rankings, guaranteed reach or guaranteed ROAS
- Wanting an agency that reports only the numbers that look good
- Pre-revenue and still testing whether the idea works at all
- Expecting a turnaround inside three weeks
